Our Gaurentee
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, let me know within 30 days and you will recieve a total refund. The only thing that we ask is that you please return it to us in saleable condition.
Shipping damage:
If an item is damaged in shipping, we put in a UPS claim. We ask that you the customer to please assist us by keeping the box and all packing materials. Once the claim is filed we will replace the item for the customer.
Defective / Missing Item:
We proudly stand behind out items. If an item has a manufacturer defect we will replace or refund. In the case of missing or duplicate chess pieces, we will supply needed pieces at no charge.
Excalibur Electronics:
Excalibur Electronics has a 30-day warranty. We will replace any defective item and will send a return label for the damaged item to be returned to us.
Customer Dissatisfaction:
If you are dissatisfied with an item, they can return it for a full refund within 30 days of the tracked delivery date. The item MUST be returned to us in good saleable condition and the customer pays for return shipping. If the returned item is damaged because of poor packing there will be a 50% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
Chess Piece Replacement:
We will replace chess pieces as needed over time for a nominal charge. The charge per piece depends on the set, and you the customer pay shipping.
